I was contacted by phone and e-mail a few days later that the particular shade of make-up I had ordered was not in stock, but a new supply was expected within 2 weeks. I replied that I would wait for the product. I was notified on January 18th that the product was shipped, and I received it on January 20th. The only thing I could think that could be improved would be a notification at the exact time of order that the product was not in inventory, and ask if you wished to be on a waitlist.

I am 75 years old and have Rosacea, their cosmetics are the only thing I will put on my face now. The Hydrating-Masque is wonderful! I also love and use their Liquid Powder Mineral Foundation. Shipping is always very fast and I have never been disastified with anything I have purchased from Cosmetic Cosmos.
